CRUZ launches the summer campaign CRUZ Summer Campaign, in which 2 fantastic prizes can be won. First prize: 1 backpack The North Face Vault 26L and 1 bag The North Face Base Camp Duffel S 50L. Second prize: 1 The North Face Vault 26L backpack. In order to participate in the promotion and be eligible for the prizes indicated in the PRIZE stipulation, it is necessary that:

1. Participants should register their purchase: any CRUZ roof or bike carrier or any CRUZ roof or rear box between the dates covered by the raffle (from June 15th, 2023 at 00:00 (CEST) and until August 31st, 2023 at 23:59 (CEST).

2. Participants should register their purchase between the eligible dates by attaching the receipt or invoice on our product registration page: Product Registration

The draw will take place on September 1st, 2023. The winner will be announced on September 2nd, 2023 through CRUZ social networks and will be contacted through the email provided in the product registration form. All info in legal bases.

1. OBJECT

In order to promote its sales and reward users, the company CRUZBER SAU (hereinafter "CRUZBER"), with CIF (VAT NR): ES-A-14018311 and with registered office at Pol. Ind. The period during which you can participate in the promotion and raffle will begin on June 15th, 2023 at 00:00 (CEST) and will end on August 31st, 2023 at 23:59 (CEST).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

This Promotion will be valid in Europe.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All participants must be over 18 years of age. CRUZBER employees are excluded from participating in this Campaign.

5. PRIZE

A raffle will be held among all participants who have correctly complied with the raffle rules and have registered the purchase in out Registration form. A total of (2) Prizes are awardeded, drawn among all those who acquire and register any of our CRUZ roof boxes or CRUZ bike carriers during the dates mentioned for the raffle (from June 15th, 2023 at 00:00 (CEST) and until August 31st, 2023 at 23:59 (CEST).

Second Prize:

The Prize may not be subject to any change, alteration or compensation at the request of the Winners. The refusal of the prize does not give right to get any compensation. The prizes shipping is borne by the company, regardless of the country as long as it is European territory. 6. COMPETITION MECHANICS

In order to participate in the Promotion and qualify for the Prize indicated in the PRIZE stipulation, it is necessary that the participants have acquired between the dates of the campaign (between 15/06/2023 and 31/08/2023) any of the following CRUZ products at any of our online or physical points of sale in the stipulated territorial area:

Participants must fill in all the information on the registration form (attached below) and attach the proof of purchase (ticket or invoice): Product Registration

The formats pdf, jpg or png will be valid. In any case, the information must be clear and not misleading. Any registration that does not have all the requested fields correctly completed will not be accepted. During the registration process, each Participant will be assigned a code automatically and randomly. This code will be stored in the CRUZBER database until the moment of the raffle. The raffle will be carried out by means of that code, obtaining a single winner.

The raffle will take place on September 1st, 2023. The Winner will be made public on September 2nd through CRUZ is social networks and they will be contacted through the email provided in the product registration form. If, after two calendar days since the Winner is made public, it is not possible to contact him/her by any of the channels provided, she/he will lose the right to obtain the Prize and it will be awarded to a Substitute.

7. TAXATION

CRUZBER informs the Winner that, in accordance with current applicable legislation, the Prize obtained will be considered capital gains not derived from transfers of assets, being subject to direct taxation in the Personal Income Tax - Personal income tax- and being the responsibility of the Winner to comply with their tax obligations.

CRUZBER, if required by current regulations, will carry out and bear withholding on account of Personal Income Tax -IRPF-. Likewise, CRUZBER will issue the appropriate certification that enables the Winner to comply with their tax obligations. CRUZBER will not be held responsible in any case for the incorrect tax declaration that the Prize Winner may make for this purpose. The Winner exempts CRUZBER from all responsibility for eventual delays and / or for all types of computer, transport, or logistics incidents (with an enunciative, non-limiting nature) that may occur in compliance with these Legal Bases, whether for reasons derived from a force majeure, states of alarm, site, exception, or similar situations, and refuses to request any type of claim and / or compensation against CRUZBER.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

CRUZBER will process the personal data collected through this Promotion in compliance with the current law on data protection. The personal data which CRUZBER receives from voluntary Participants will be included in an automatized file, owned by Cruzber, with address at Pol. Ind. Las Salinas II parcela12, C.P. 14960 Rute (Córdoba), registered in the corresponding Data Protection Agencies and protected with the security measures required by law. The Participants data will be used by CRUZBER with the objective of managing their participation in this Promotion (to contact the winning Participants and award the Prize), carrying out segmentation activities for strategic and business purposes only, completing tax formalities as well as sending information and commercial offers, through ordinary and electronic means about our products and services and about other companies which belong to the group that we may consider of your interest. Unless stated otherwise, CRUZBER SAU, located at Pol. Ind. Las Salinas II parcela 12, C.P. 14960 Rute (Córdoba), will be responsible for the processing of your personal data. You must address CRUZBER if you wish to exercise your right to access, modify, oppose and cancel your personal data by any of the means established in the current law on data protection.

9. CONSENT FOR USE OF NAME AND ASSIGNMENT OF PUBLICITY RIGHTS

CRUZBER reserves the right to use the name and the image of the Winner in all aspects related to the development of the Promotion. Thus, the Participants agree to the use, publication and reproduction, all over the world and without limitations, by CRUZBER, of their Image and their name in any type of publicity, promotion publication (Internet included), or any other means, with promotional or informative purposes only and when these are related to the current Promotion. There will not be any financial reward of any type for the Participants. This agreement may be revoked at any time by the Winner, entitling CRUZBER to compensations for the damages and losses that may result.

10. MODIFICATIONS

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, CRUZBER reserves the right to make changes, cancel, shorten or extend this raffle. CRUZBER commits to give those modifications the same level of publicity as to these Legal Terms and Conditions.

11. ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The participation in this raffle implies the acceptance of all the clauses in these Terms and Conditions as well as the acceptance of the criteria of CRUZBER SAU in the interpretation of these criteria.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Promotion is governed by the Spanish law. For any controversy which could result from the interpretation of this document, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Lucena, with express waiver to any other jurisdiction to which they might have recourse.
